Description
TITANIUM WHITE is a bright opaque white with a high tinting strength which means you only need a little amount to make a colour shift when mixed with another colour. Use Titanium white when creating a custom colour or for a strong opaque covering.
NEUTRAL WHITE is opaque. It is not a bright white so not a good mixing white. Use when you don’t want your white to pop. As its name implies it is neutral – nice to use on its own, diluted or straight, when you dont want an overpowering contrast.
