Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the goods are faulty we will either refund the product price or we will despatch a replacement item at our cost. To start a return, you can contact us at info@waxyartsupplies.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.


Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery. They must be in the same unused condition as when shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged so they are not damaged during the return transit.  You will be responsible for the return delivery fee, which may be different from our flat rate shipping cost. We can organise to send you a return shipping label for our courier to pick up from your premises, or alternatively, you may organise your own freight.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom-made 5ply boards or frames are non-returnable if you have chosen an incorrect size or colour. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
