Shipping to PO boxes may result in slower delivery times due to the limitations of our courier, so we recommend using your home postal address for faster service.

Rates

$13.99 -  Flat rate Australia-wide. (some exceptions for bulky orders or delivery to remote regions, we will contact you if this is the case)

We aim to get your order sent on the same day or at least the next business day, except if frames or 5ply cradled boards are ordered, as they are made upon demand. In that case, two to fourteen business days are required for the manufacture of these items.

We strive to provide the cheapest and safest method of shipping. Your location and the size/weight of the parcel will determine whether we use Aramex or Australia Post. Aramex is essentially a door-to-door service, so we require your home address, not a PO Box number, except in a few cases where Australia Post is the better option. (Please contact us if your preferred shipper is Australia Post). If you are not home during delivery, your parcel will be left in a relatively safe place, for example, on your porch partially or completely hidden from street view.
