Wet strength tissue paper is a durable tissue designed to hold up when wet. Unlike regular tissue paper, it won’t tear or disintegrate when you apply layers of paint, ink, or water-based mediums. Use with gelli printing, or painting directly onto, before collaging into encaustics and cold wax medium painting.
